Debbie Connors-Meigh (BA, MA, MCIPD, MAFC)
Debbie is an experienced HR professional, Coach and Trainer. With over ten years working in HR, she has a background in IT, FMCG, Marketing, SME’s and public sector organisations working at both strategic and operational levels. Her coaching experience spans across the NHS, police, education, legal practice, retail and SME’s.
Debbie takes an holistic approach to her work and her life and believes passionately in collaboartive work practices, straight talking, and focus which she sees as key to achieving personal and business goals. Debbie has an intuitive and yet pragmatic style which she uses to help clients gain clarity and make incisive and informed decisions.
Debbie’s down to earth style combines with a healthy mix of challenge and support and a strong belief in having fun doing what you do.

Sarah Brooks – HR Professional
Sarah is a practical HR professional with 10 years’ experience working in a variety of HR roles for small, medium and large size organisations. She has worked across a range of industries such as financial services, media and manufacturing.
Sarah’s specialisms include discipline and grievance, absence and performance management and employment legislation. In addition, she has a background of change management and can provide support and advice on restructuring, redeployment and redundancy.
Sarah prides herself on applying fairness and common sense and has a track record of communicating legislation into practical reality in a style that can be understood by both managers and their employees. Sarah knows that people are generally the factor that sets a company apart from its competitors and is keen to demonstrate how to get the best out of people at work.
Sarah is a Chartered Member of the institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and is qualified to carry out Level A & B Occupational Testing.

Jason Feavers
Jason Feavers is a personal trainer specialising in health related fitness. He is passionate about the health benefits of exercise, particularly the relationships between exercise and cardiovascular disease and exercise and stress. Jason helps clients to understand the connections between stress and lifestyle choices, and the effect of chronic stress on health and performance. As well as using exercise to improve the ability to deal with stress and reduce the negative effects of stress, Jason also teaches breathing and relaxation techniques.
Jason’s work in the fitness industry has included roles in health club management, corporate fitness and teaching group exercise classes.
